1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to:

  • Canada

  • Australia

  • United kingdom

  • Metropolitan France

  • Belgium

  • Luxembourg

  • Switzerland



2. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • France (Colissimo or equivalent): 5 to 7 business days

(You can adjust/add other country timings later if needed.)


4. Shipping Fees

  • Orders under €30: €4.90 (home delivery or pickup point)

  • Orders from €30 and above: Free shipping

  • Special offer: Free shipping on all “Duo” and “Family” bundles


5. Carriers Used

  • Colissimo (La Poste)

  • Mondial Relay (pickup points)

  • Tracked Letter (for some small parcels)


6. Order Tracking

You can track your parcel at any time using the tracking link sent by email.

7. Unclaimed or Refused Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to absence, incorrect address, or failure to collect from a pickup point:

  • We can resend the parcel (reshipping costs at your expense), or

  • Proceed with a partial refund, minus logistics and shipping costs.


8. Damaged Products

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of:

  • the parcel, and

  • the damaged products
