2. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
3. Estimated Delivery Times

France (Colissimo or equivalent): 5 to 7 business days
(You can adjust/add other country timings later if needed.)

Orders under €30: €4.90 (home delivery or pickup point)

Orders from €30 and above: Free shipping

7. Unclaimed or Refused Parcels
If a parcel is returned due to absence, incorrect address, or failure to collect from a pickup point:

We can resend the parcel (reshipping costs at your expense), or

Proceed with a partial refund, minus logistics and shipping costs.
8. Damaged Products
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of:

the parcel, and
-
the damaged products
