1. Right of Withdrawal (Online Orders)

In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

2. Return Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must not have been opened or used (seal intact).

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition.

  • The return must be made within 14 days of our approval.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, unsealed, or damaged products cannot be refunded.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error on our part (e.g. damaged product upon delivery or wrong item sent).


4. Refund Procedure

Once your return has been received and validated:

  • You will receive a confirmation email.

  • The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days using the same payment method used for the original order.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • damaged,

  • incomplete, or

  • not in accordance with your order,

📷 Please send a photo to contact@amaoraparis.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.

We will offer a replacement or refund promptly and free of charge.


6. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Special Offers)

For certain special offers (as indicated on the product page), Amaora provides a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee.

In this case:

  • You can test the product for up to 30 days.

  • If you are not satisfied, we will refund you even if the product has been opened, under the following conditions:

    • Only one pack may be opened,

    • Proof of purchase is required,

    • Partial returns are accepted.
